To celebrate National Plantain Month, we teamed up with Chef’s Roll to give you the opportunity to win some amazing prizes and have your work featured on Instagram! All November long, we asked you to create an original plantain dish, take a photo of it, and post it to Instagram with the hashtag #bigbananaplantainmonth2018 for the chance to be the Grand Prize winner or one of our 4 Runner Up Winners.
Our 4 Runner’s Up will win a Chef’s Roll prize pack containing a Chef’s Roll ballcap, a custom Chef’s Roll tumbler from Big Frig, and Chef’s Roll stickers and sharpies. The Grand Prize is a $500 gift card to TigerChef.com and the grand prize winner will also receive the Chef’s Roll prize pack.
