To get started, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the New Item Proposal Qualification Questionnaire.
– New Item Proposal Qualification Questionnaire must be completed first.
(Please note: Questionnaire must be completed in one session. If incomplete, it will not be saved and you will need to start over.)
2. Request PD Team Meeting
– Product Development Manager will receive your request and schedule a meeting with you and all departments involved.
3. Proceed to fill out Approved New Item Form once the project has been approved.
– Once Approved New Item Form is completed, click Submit to initiate sign-off process. Product Development Manager will notify you once all signatures have been submitted.
